Nicolettaxxx's Noisy Enema Release in a Very Messy Diaper

Nicolettaxxx waits in the frame, her diaper already snug and ready. With a determined look, she inserts the enema nozzle and fills herself with liquid. The tension builds as she holds it in, her face contorting with effort. Finally, she lets go, and a noisy stream of liquid and feces fills her diaper, creating a very messy puddle.

She then works over the mess, smearing the feces over her skin and adding a touch of pissing. The combination of scat and pissing makes for an extreme and satisfying pissing sex round. By the end, Nicolettaxxx is covered in her own waste, thoroughly enjoying the treat.
